Orlando Median Home Price Jumps Again!

Buyers who purchased an Orlando home in August are paying the lowest average interest rate – 4.26 percent, however, they are paying increasingly more for homes as the year progresses. A steady rise in the percentage of “normal” sales — those that are neither bank-owned nor short sales — continues to boost the overall median price. At the current pace of sales, there is a 4.29-month supply of homes in Orlando’s inventory.
